Shipping Terms
You can have your online order delivered to any address you specify within Germany and Austria . Sales through our shop are currently only made to customers within Germany and Austria. Your billing address must therefore be within Germany or Austria.
Delivery is only possible to delivery addresses in Germany and Austria. Shipping takes place within 1-2 working days via DHL. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Germany : For orders over 80€, shipping is free . For orders under 80€ the shipping fee is 5.90€.
Austria : For orders over 100€, shipping is free . For orders under 100€ the shipping fee is 13.99€.
Create return
If you do not like an item, you can return the item to us within 14 days in unused condition. Of course you can try on the clothes.
Please note that used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
To create a return, go to your order information, you will find the link in your shipping confirmation email, or if you have created a user account in your order overview. There you can select the items you want to return and create a DHL returns shipping label. With DHL Retoure Online, the shipment does not include a return label. If you wish to return the item, you can either print out the return label yourself or use the QR code on your smartphone, which is used to print the return label in all DHL branches, so that you no longer need a printer ( mobile returns ). There are no additional costs for you to use Mobile Returns. Please note that the return link is only valid for 14 days after delivery.
If your order contains only reduced items, we will deduct the return costs of €5.90 from the refund of the purchase price.
As soon as we have received your return, we will process your return request within 1-3 working days and refund the amount to the payment method used. It may take a few days until you receive the amount, as this depends on your payment method / bank is.

How many days right of return do I have?
Due to the statutory right of withdrawal, you can return the purchased goods within 14 days without giving a reason. Can I exchange my order?
An exchange in the usual sense is unfortunately not possible. You must first send the goods back to us as a return and then reorder the desired item.

Shipping costs are not refundable when an order is returned.

Where is my refund?

Package not arrived yet?
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the shipping update. This contains a direct link to DHL tracking and the tracking number of your package. This allows you to track the progress of the delivery at any time. Our courier DHL usually needs 1-3 working days to deliver your package.
